Prayer Plan for My Children

I mentioned in my last blog post that I would share my daily prayer plan for my family with you. What better day to begin than the first day of the week--The Lord's Day! One of my recent blog posts ("Fighting for the Hearts of Our Children") included a list of 7 prayers we pray for our children. As I have been feeling this urgency to transform and deepen my prayer life, I decided instead of quickly praying over all 7 prayers each day (or let's be honest...a few days a week), I would focus on one prayer a day and take the time to pray over the scripture verses that go along with the prayer. The Word of God is living, active, and breathed out by Him so how powerful to pray His own words back to Him! So, I decided to give each prayer a day of the week. I would love to share them with you for the next 7 days. Feel free to use them or adjust them to yourself and your family. God Bless!
